The Harbour Board is authorised to discharge the powers and
duties of the Council as a Single Harbour Authority in respect of general and
specific statutory duties subject to the provisions of the Council’s Scheme of
Delegation.
The Board is responsible for providing ·¬ÇÑÊÓƵapp direction to
officers/others involved in operational management and use of the facilities
and for scrutinising implementation of these.
