- Lorraine McGinty ACHA Welfare Rights Officer- 01546 605 907 - ACHA Welfare Rights Service is a free, confidential telephone service for tenants, offering help and advice on benefits.

- 0800 12 44 222 - free, confidential phone service for older people, their carers and families

- 07860 774929 - free and confidential advice for householders experiencing home energy issues, support for those living in fuel poverty, and preparing for colder winter months, particularly for those living off the gas grid reliant on electric heating

01631 567780 -Argyll And Bute Care And Repair provide practical advice and assistance, technical services and helpful information to the elderly and/or disabled to enable them to remain in their own homes.

- 07741 645530 - specialist support and advocacy services to survivors of all forms of sexual trauma

- The Third Sector Interface provides information for Charities, Social Enterprises and Community Groups on Covid-19, funding, changes to governance and reporting, safe volunteering and access to a free phone number for 3rd Sector Support at this time

- free, confidential support to people experiencing issues with drugs, alcohol or mental health
