The information we collect from you will include details such as your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number for both the service location and the invoicing location. The applicant must ensure that permission is given by any/all parties to provide their information in relation to commercial waste applications for new, amendment and closed requests and that they have seen this privacy notice and agree to the terms.
Unless specifically agreed with you, we will only collect personal data about you/the organisers which does not include any special categories of personal information about you (also known as ‘sensitive personal data’).

The legal basis for collecting your information in these circumstances is that the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller
What we will do with your information?
In order to provide this service to you, we will share your information with the service/agencies or categories of organisations listed below for the purposes specified.

All of the information we collect will be processed by staff in the United Kingdom. Your data will be stored on servers located within the United Kingdom, the data will not be processed outside the European Union. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is kept securely and more information on how we do this can be requested from the Data Protection Officer.
How long will we keep your information?
We will keep your information for the duration of your commercial waste service contract and a further 3 years after contract closure, after this period it will be destroyed under secure arrangements if it is no longer required for the lawful purpose(s) for which it was obtained. More information on our retention ·¬ÇÑÊÓƵapp and procedure can be obtained from the Data Protection Officer if required.
Your Rights
When you provide information to the Council, you will have the following rights:
