Did you know that Ƶapp Council’s website not only contains lots of useful information for residents, businesses and visitors; it also offers a huge range of online services that make connecting with the council quick and convenient.

By logging on to the website you can now make secure online payments at any time of the day or night using the online “Pay It” service for:

 

  • Council Tax,
  • School meals
  • Parking tickets
  • Non domestic rates
  • Council invoices for services such as Telecare
  • Planning applications

Visitors to the council website can also sign up to MyAccount. This service allows you to access personalised web services and information relevant to where you live, such as accessing your council tax and housing benefits information, checking your bin collection dates and tracking service requests made on the website. It even fills in online forms with your contact details to save you time.

The website allows you to sign up to our “Keep In The Loop” service, which keeps you up to date via text or email about disruptions, service changes, events and news that affect you. The website also allows you to engage with the council by taking part in consultations and surveys.
